GENERAL

Yes! This program offers neuroleadership modules designed to help executives across the organization reach new levels of success.

Participants are expected to fully complete all coursework in a thoughtful and timely manner. This will mean meeting each week’s course module deadlines and fully answering questions posed therein. This helps ensure participants proceed through the course at a similar pace and can take full advantage of social learning opportunities. In addition to module completion, we expect you to offer feedback on others’ reflections and contribute to conversations on the platform. Participants who fail to complete the course requirements will not receive a e-certificate. Participants will either be evaluated as complete or not complete.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
You’ll need a current email account and access to a computer and the internet, as well as a PDF Reader. You may need to view Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and read and create documents in Microsoft Word or Excel. Installing Adobe Flash Player will give you full access to certain course content, such as interactive infographics. However, you’ll still have access to this content in the form of a downloadable PDF transcript if you’d prefer not to use Flash.

BROWSER REQUIREMENTS
We recommend that you use Google Chrome as your internet browser when accessing the SUPERHUMɅIN™ Online platform. Although this is not a requirement, we have found that this browser performs best for ease of access to course material. This browser can be downloaded here.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The course platform allows you to engage with the content and watch the course videos with bandwidth of at least 750 Kbps download speed. At this speed, you may experience video buffering and some slowness. Videos can be viewed in HD, or “high” quality with a minimum recommended bandwidth of 2 Mbps download speed. Your browser performance will also affect your experience on the platform. To avoid browser-based issues and to ensure the best experience, we recommend that you update your browser to its latest version.

Creating a profile enables you to enroll in the program, track your course and certificate status, access session materials, manage your address and communications preferences, and write reviews of courses you have taken at SUPERHUMAIN Institute.

Yes, at checkout, it is possible to forward your payment to another person via email. Regardless of who submits payment, SUPERHUMɅIN™ Institute must receive full payment for your course prior to the enrollment deadline.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

All certificate-eligible participants may download a free PDF copy of their certificate. These digital certificates will become available in the weeks following the final deadline of your course.

You will have access to the materials in every prior module as you progress through the program. Access to course materials and the course platform ends 6 months from the registration date.

In our self-paced programs on the course platform, you will receive an email on the first day of your program with a link to log in.

The modules stay in your dashboard for a period of 6 months (from the payment date), in case you need a refresher.
This course can be finalised in approximately 4 to 8 hours depending on the package you have selected, excluding the time it may take to complete the BrainO₂ Assessment process and the coaching experience. Although you may choose to view all the modules in sequence, we recommend you to take your own pace so you can apply your learnings with greater impact in your organizations.
Keep in mind that the brain doesn’t learn only through consumption it learns through Application.
If you want to master any field, then you absolutely need to move from consumption to implementation.

One of the best ways to do this is through teaching and coaching someone else understand a subject.

Then, if you are still unable to complete the program within the established period, your enrolment will expire.

At that time, you will no longer have access to the online modules and a fee of €150 EUR will apply to re-enrol and regain access.

Your Program Fee represents the tuition for your SUPERHUMAIN Institute Online course. There are no additional fees charged, or included in the Program Fee, to take a SUPERHUMAIN Institute program. Net Program Fees must be paid in full (in EUR) to complete registration.

In general, once consensus has been reached on course planning, agreements can be drafted and reviewed in approximately two to four weeks. Requests for non-standard terms or modifications will extend contract review time.

FOR COMPANIES

SUPERHUMɅIN™ Online agreements will require the following:
• Identification of a primary contact and a billing contact
• Company address
• Number of participants (contract commitment)
• Timing of cohort(s)
• Additional participant/withdraw/refund policy
• Invoicing and payment terms
• Information on use of name and logo
• Privacy policy for team-based Disruptive Strategy

SUPERHUMɅIN™ Institute agreements are based on a universal, standard template. Redlining, edits, or additional/modified provisions are generally not allowed.

ABOUT PAYMENT AND REFUND

We accept major credit cards, contact us if you would like to make payment with bank transfer. If you wish to make payment in 2 instalments, please contact us to apply for our payment plan.

If you wish to make a purchase on behalf of another person or for a group of people, please contact us.

Yes. We offer a payment plan to keep things affordable! You can pay in full or in maximum 2 instalments.

The second payment is due 1 month after enrolment and it unlocks the rest of the program. Please note that the second payment must be paid within 30 days in order to continue having access to the full course (access expires if second payment is overdue).

If you opt for the payment plan and then want to access the rest of the modules earlier, you can pay the remaining amount at any time. When you pay upfront, however, you can access all the modules and complete the program faster.
Payments can be made with VISA, Master Card, AMEX or via Bank Transfer. An invoice is provided on payment.

There is a 7-day refund policy from the moment you purchase the program, and only applicable if the digital content has not been accessed.

How does this work? Before accessing the online modules of the program, you will be asked to digitally sign the ‘Practitioner Agreement’ which unlocks access to the program in your account. By accepting these terms, you are forfeiting the possibility of receiving a refund within the 7 day period, since the program and resources will be fully accessible in your Dashboard.

If you elect to pay in instalments, a refund does not apply since you would have already accessed the first part of the program. Please note that the full program will be removed from the Dashboard if the second payment is not fulfilled and you accept to forfeit the first payment.
