You will understand where your power comes from and how to synergize others.  Your journey to becoming an effective neuroleader will take you through 8 weeks of immersive, practical online learning. We will provide you with the coaching and support you need to hone your skills in delivering constructive feedback while fostering creativity and innovation within your team. Finally, you will learn the secrets of high-performing teams, and how you too can help yours become one.



As part of your program, you will be invited to complete our accredited, thorough BrainO₂ Assessment. Upon its completion, we will build from your natural thinking preference(s) to help you develop your aptitudes towards making better situational choices while empowering your true leadership potential. You will then have access to a 60 min Virtual Debrief Online session with one of our high-calibre coaches, certified in the SUPERHUMɅIN™ Model & Methodology. Our program is broken down into manageable modules designed to accelerate your learning process through diverse learning activities. Over your online course experience, you will work through the following modules:

Moderating our non-conscious biases in thinking and decision making
Using new models of decision making to cope with the risks and uncertainty
Learning how your Rational and Emotional minds influence your decision-making, our communications, and our responses to others
